i go here with my family for years now, but lately the service has become worse. When i went yesterday with my family like we usually do, we got there and there was a hostess who was very rude, and seemed surprised that people say hi instead of just walking in. She didn't say hi first, there wasn't a moment that she smiled, she simply seemed like she had somewhere better to be.She treated my mother very poorly and when we asked to be seated at on3 section of the restaurant, she sat us in a completely different spot. terrible service from her. Besides that, food is always good and our waitress Jessica was super nice.

Today I went to the library, where there is a printer I can use to, for example, printout a restaurant coupon, and printed out a current (by date expiration) RT coupon for $5.00 off ascertaining that said coupon is valid for 4 more days. I came out of the library and agonized over whether I would have a good experience if I were to order from RubyTueGo (kind of catchy I think). I called and spoke to a nice server and sometimes bartender there named Aisha. I ordered Ribs with classic bbq sauce (full rack) with 2 sides Spaghetti SQUASH and GREEN BEANS and stated that I did not want biscuits or utensils. I pulled in to RT and parked in reserved for RTTueGo customers spot (very convenient). When picking up my order at the bar I was not greeted by the same bartender (male) I had on my last visit when there was an issue w/ my coupon on my phone having been expired. I told him I printed out the coupon this time so I wouldn't have any further problems with coupons. He announced withhin earshot of other people (mind you he never, said hello) "this is a Legitimate coupon." To that- elephant in the room kind of thing- I said "last time you said my coupon was Illegitimate. This one is Legitimate." He said they were still waiting on biscuits for my order so I reiterated that I did not want any. The food came out and inside thd bag were plastic utensils so I removed them (bad for the environment so I try to conserve). I was thanked and left. I never get a hospitable, genuinely welcoming feel here. Meh! Hopefully the Ribs will be good. Haven't eaten any yet. Was waiting until I wrote this service review update first. I guess thus RibFest promotion could end any day now what with summer ending. I wanted to ask in person how much longer RibFest would last but didn't ask because I figured I would just get a sarcastic response from him anyway.

I went here with my family and the services was exceptional. The food was mediocre. The steak tasted like it was a frozen steak out of a bag and bland with little to no seasoning. The salad bar was great, just needs more variety.

Went for a lunch, service was ok, only 2 server taking care the whole restaurant but I can see the hostess helping to bus table and even the chef bringing meal out to dinning room, great team work !! The hickory pork chop and sirloin is pretty good, I just don't like the strawberry lemonade is too sweet don't taste any lemonade at all.

We needed a place that could easily seat 8 and not break the bank, so we ended up here. The table ordered varied from appetizers to burgers we sampled most everything on the menu. I went with the Spicy Fish Tacos Combo with a salad. their salad bar is one of the best, stocked with a wide variety of fresh veggies and salads.

This establishment is completely disgusting. I cannot urge you enough to avoid this rat trap of a restaurant. Roaches were seen on the floor of the dining room. The food was horrible and served to me and my family by someone who was part timing at a local strip club. The bathrooms are beyond dirty. Salad Bar?!? please dont you DARE!! I was certain I would suffer from food poisoning after that meal last Friday night.

Excellent Salad Bar. Not much to this place except its excellent salad bar. I usually go here before seeing a movie at Magnolia. I sit at the bar and have a few beers. The last time I was there the draft beer lines were not working properly and they need to get them fixed. I rarely eat here but when I do I get the salad bar. It's always well stocked and fresh. Above that I really never crave anything at Ruby Tuesdays. Service is always good so no issues there. As for ambience, I've seen this restaurant morph from an neighborhood Applebee's type of decor to a high dining setting which its not. The phase that comes to my mind when I look at the transformation is, Putting lipstick on a pig. It has an identity crisis. This place is not Big Bear, Houston's or even Bonefish Grill. I liked it better when they had pictures of the local schools and kids on real horses ( it is close to Parkland) on the walls. Go back to basics and use that Salad Bar are a main selling point. I recommend this place for its location next to the movie theater and its Salad Bar. Stay Hungry!

I love the chain, and I've eaten at some very good ones, but the one in Coral Springs is ghastly! Silverware and plates are not clean, salad bar is looks like a microbiology science project. We were there about 2 years ago and never went back, even though it is right by the house. It's a shame because I would like to like them.

This is my second review that I'm writing for Ruby tuesday. I wrote a review for their lauderhill location on commercial blvd as well. Last night my husband and I came to this Ruby Tuesday with a friend of ours. It was sunday night around 7:00pm. There was no wait so we were seated right away. The restaurant was pretty crowded. The reason why I chose ruby tuesday to eat at was because of value. My husband and I are seriously on a budget these days plus we were paying for our friend. Ruby Tuesday offers their awesome salad bar as an add on for only $2.99. One can just fill up on that while skipping appetizers thus saving money. Granted, the place I really wanted to go last night was rok:brgr in downtown fort lauderdale. I've been dying to try their burgers but I heard parking can run like $10.00 and we just can't afford that now so I had to settle for a ruby tuesday burger. Settle is the key word here. After we finished eating the salad bar all three of our burgers came out and the first thing my husband and I said was wow these burgers are small!!! We ordered their triple prime chedder burger and it just came out looking very unintetesting. An untoasted bun, small piece of lettuce and just small in diameter. I was shocked cause I ordered this same burger before and don't remember having this issue. Maybe their having an off night or something but luckily we filled up on the salad bar. Our waiter was average. He lacked any real personality and was just robotic. He brought our check out even before we were finished eating. I guess he was just waiting to serve the next people. I still enjoy the ribeye steak at ruby tuesday. From now on maybe I'll just stick with that.

I've come to the conclusion that there must be some kind of attraction in the kitchen that keeps the staff hanging out behind the door and out of sight. Every time we need something it is always a 5 minute wait before we even see our server. We have had dozens of servers and it is always the same. Seems it must be the system that is broken. Food is mediocre.

The salad bar was decent, but that is about it. The sandwiches are far too salty and trying to ask for anything (ketchup, drink refill, etc) is useless. You can ask 2 or 3 different servers and not get it. Since the salad bar is self- serve, I may return just for that but the rest of the experience is very disappointing. I am surprised this location is still in business actually. You can tell the staff is very unmotivated and just going through the motions.

With all of the wonderful restaurants in this part of Florida, from Cuban to BBQ, steakhouses to Mexican, you wouldn't think I'd end up in a Ruby Tuesday for dinner. But, alas, getting my relatives to eat anywhere but a chain restaurant is an impossibility. I've eaten in far too many Applebee's and TGI Fridays and Bennigan's during my visits to Florida, whimpering every time, wishing I could convince them to head to a restaurant with more personality than a mall food court, to an eatery that represents the spot of land on which it sits, rather than a faux plastic reality, but no, we end up in places like this every time, and might as well be anywhere in the world. Because whatever the city and state listed in the address, going to a chain restaurant like this means wherever you're sitting, there's no there there. It's not about me needing high-end dining -- it's about needing something REAL. Give me a cheap sandwich shop, a BBQ joint in a shack, a dive bar where I can get fried clams, something with a personality and a POV and a purpose all its own. Something not cooked up in a corporate office and cloned a thousand times around the world. But no ... and so ... Saturday night at Ruby Tuesdays. Sigh ... I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon with rice pilaf, because, well, I had to order something. I sort of made my choice based on which entree I felt would least disappoint me by being far from what it was supposed to be in its ideal form. And while the dish wasn't horrible, I had no sense I was eating salmon. Not that I expected to. My mother raved over the biscuits, ordering a second plate. What did I think of them? I love biscuits. LOVE biscuits. I took a nibble of one ... and put the rest back. Some people dread visiting family because they have to deal with the baggage of relatives. I dread visiting family because it means I have to eat in places like this. Nothing is worse than faux food. Ah, the things we do for love. They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. They're wrong.

Nothing unique, but the foods ok at least. Cant think of anything bad about it. Just your typical restaurant food chain.

Probably my favorite chain. I like being able to choose portion size and the option of the salad bar. Layout could be better. People entering/exiting the restaurant must pass the salad bar which has people standing at it as well is being refilled from the line side. That area is very busy and sometimes you have to squeeze by. Other than that, the food and service is great.

There's a reason I drive by often and never think of coming here... and I was reminded of that again on my last (and this will be my very last) visit. The food here is not good. There are some sides which are decent, but the portions for those are small and they are heavily outweighed by the sub-par food. For a place that markets itself heavily on burgers, the burgers here sure fall flat on taste. I don't know if Ruby Tuesday was just doomed from the start, since there are plenty of other (better) burger places around, but at least here in South Florida there really is no excuse to come here. And this is why I don't. I just so happened to have a birthday coupon, so I decided to give it another shot. My mistake. I don't know if this was just a coincidence for the day I went recently, but there were flies. My family and I were continuously fighting flies during our dinner. On top of that, the placement of the salad bar is about as stupid as they come. Sure, it seems like a great idea to put the salad bar in the middle of the restaurant. Everyone will have equal access to it. But then the front door is there. And when the restaurant is busy, just enjoy the awkward squeezing and dodging going on between people being seated (or just going to the bathroom) and people at the salad bar. At this price point, there are many other quality burger places around. Avoid.

I am a non cooker so off I go every night to find food. I usually cut my meals in half and use half the next day for lunch. So I eat out a lot!!! On Saturday stopped by Ruby Tuesday for dinner and saw Low Country Shrimp and Grits a new item on the menu. I got excited my heart started to race. I am a shrimp and grits nut and I never met a sausage I did not love. It has bacon, oh my, this doesn't get any better than this so I ordered extra bacon and sat back in anticipation. To my sorrow what appeared before looked like a bowl of mush. No bacon to be seen and the andouille sausage taste had saturated the entire bowl. The shrimp tasted like andouille sausage and the grits were just over cooked. The dish was so bad I bought the whole thing home and then pitched it. I called a manager on Sunday night and told her and she said I should have said something then. Don't you think the server should have asked if there was a problem when the whole dish went into the take home box? You hate to complain when you have company because if you send it back you must wait on another dish and your companion eats alone. So it is ackward to complain. I am writing this to the world in general do not order this dish!!!!
